Lyr Req: St. Patrick's Day

Greetings, all.

I am looking for the rest of the verses to a song sung to the tune of the Jig St. Patrick's Day. The verse I have goes as follows:

Mary Mahoney, she acting so funny,
she hasn't been out since St. Patrick's Day
She's sparin' her brass, for to buy a jackass,
To take her to mass on a Sunday.

I've checked Digitrad and the Forum with out success.

Any help would be appreciated.

The only place I've heard it is on Clancy Brothers Carnegie Hall Concert LP (in the children's medley), but they do only the verse that you give. However, they call it 'Mary the Money' rather than 'Mary Mahony'.

Stewie:

That's my little variation. I though Mary Mahoney was more logical as a name than the one they use. That's what makes folk music interesting.

Thanks for your interest.
