Subject: RE: BS: Katherine Hepburn From: GUEST,peedeecee Date: 13 Sep 04 - 12:29 PM I don't think so, as I will only be able to get it on the Internet, and if a timed recording from the Net is possible, I don't know how to do it. There's time for me to learn, if anyone knows how! |

Subject: RE: BS: Katherine Hepburn From: Bill Hahn//\\ Date: 13 Sep 04 - 09:26 PM I have to say that of the many interviews with---as I say on the program's end--"...another interesting conversation some some very interesting people"---this has to be one of the top ones. Since some of you cannot tune in let me give one brief anecdote that shows how sharp she was at age 90---When talked into doing a film (A remake of a Cary Grant opus) in which she was to play one scene only--and aged aunt--the author and she were flown out to Hollywood to meet with Warren Beaty (who was the one who insisted on her being in the film---her last one). The author, Hepburn, and the Beatys had dinner. After leaving she said to Mr. Berg (The author) are they married? HE: Yes SHE: Why ? HE: Well, why not. They are in love. SHE: Yes---but with the same man. SHARP as hell as always. Best to get the book. Wonderful tales are in it. Bill Hahn |
