Can anyone of you help me finding this song to download? I'd love to have it for my MP3-Player, but couldn't find it anywhere. You simple cannot sing it as often as required.....

I'm sure those are the correct lyrics, but they aren't very well written to begin with and lend themselves to forgetfulness and circuitous thinking. I remember being confused by the all the carts and whether they should turn over or fall down or what. Nonetheless, I was looking for the ones I remember my mom singing, and I found them.

Best version imho was the Inez and Charlie Foxx version released in the sixties. To whoever said the song makes no sense, it is a lullaby with the singer hoping to lull a child to sleep with a promise of expensive gifts.
