Congratulations Sam!

It's about time that this wonderful and talented Renaissance man is recognized for his contributions. I owe him so much. He presented me in my very first folk concert in 1952.

If you have any question about folk music, I'll bet Sam can answer it.

Sam is a great one---a real folksinger. And his music that was set down for the Library Of Congress Archive Of American Folksong half a century ago (now called the Archive Of Folk Culture) is available on Rounder Records.
