My guest tomorrow (July 13) on Folk Roots/Folk Branches will be JOSH WHITE, JR. in a conversation recorded on July 1st when Josh was in Montreal. We discuss his own long career as a performer and the important musical legacy of his legendary father. During the conversation, we'll hear recordings by both Josh White, Jr. and Josh White, including a duet of both singing "One Meatball" that was recorded in 1945 when Josh, Jr. was only four years old

Also on the agenda tomorrow are recordings by Eric Bibb, Rick Fielding, Priscilla Herdman, Anne Hills, Ian & Sylvia, Ladysmith Black Mambazo, Gordon Lightfoot, Miriam Makeba, Cindy Mangsen, Malvina Reynolds, Tom Russell, Pete Seeger, Michael Smith, Rosalie Sorrels, James Talley, Clay Tyson, Loudon Wainwright III, and others.
