I heard at Bedworth last weekend another parody with chorus something like

  Gaudy tree, gaudy tree is part of Christmas
  Bring us beer and put the rum in the tea

Yes, that particular Gaudy Tree was credited by one of the group who sang it at Bedworth (Thrup'nny Bits) as having been writ by Norman Wheatley of Warwick Folk Club.
Another for the collection...!
