Bob Dylan did 2 traditional albums in the late 80's or early 90's. I'd rate "Good As I Bin To You" about a 7, I'd rate "World Gone Wrong" a 10.
But it all depends on your taste, of course...
His voice was pretty terrible on GAIBTY, all right.
