EVERYONE knew what both of you meant. Even me and beer and watching football at the same time are involved. No need to apologize or correct or point... shit happens not only with beer but with every day that passes... get used to it.

JtS... fried mussels! Better than fried clams but dangerous as hell. Oh, the chances of typos are low but one bad mussel can make you "typo" so bad you can't remember ten seconds ago. I stopped eating them after I read too many stories about problems with them... maybe it was a mollusk war but I just don't care to take the chance. The ale does enough damage.

CREAM? Huh? I use water in my chowder and enough skim milk to make it look like chowder. After that, I let the seafood and onions bring out the flavour. Now, I have a secret about my recipe... I tell everyone I use margerine... hahahahahaa!

Scallops... I get Bay of Fundy Scallop "pieces" for $6.99/#. Buddy! What a treat! I fry em in marg with a touch of canola oil to raise the pan heat. That's it... nothing else. Just tender and THEN they either go into a chowder or whatever or I eat them as finger food... on a cracker or on my tongue.
