Tried a filter search, a DT search, and a DT/Forum search and all I could find for this song was a MIDI of the tune.

I hope these chords stay in position when I post this.

These lyrics are a composite of those sung by Patsy Cline and those sung by Hank Williams.  (He sings "sweet daddy," instead of "sweet baby.")

Words and music by Irving Mills and Cliff Friend

I got a feelin' called the blu-u-ues, oh, Lord,
Since my baby said goodbye.
And I don't know what I'll do-oo-oo-oo
                           [C]                   [C7]
All I do is sit and sigh-i-i-igh, oh, Lord!
                     [F]                     [F7]
That last long day he said goodbye,
       [C]       (E7)                   [A7]
Oh, Lord, I thought I would cry.
He'll do me, he'll do you, he's got that kind of lovin'.
Lord, I love to hear her/him when he calls me
            [C]                                             [G]
"Sweet bay-ay-ay-by," such a beautiful dream!
                                    [G7]                             [E7]
I hate to think it all o-o-ver I lost my heart, it seems.
                       [F]                          [F7]
I've grown so used to that man somehow.
               [C] (E7)           [A7]
Well, I'm nobody's sugar-baby now,
             [D7]                [G7]                        [C]
And I'm lo-o-o-o-onesome I got the Lovesick Blu-ues.

                    [E7]                           [Am]
Well, I'm in love, I'm in love, with a wonderful guy,
[E7]                                      [Am]
That's what's the matter with me.
                    [E7]                            [Am]
Well, I'm in love, I'm in love, with a wonderful guy,
     [D7]                         [G]
But he don't care about me.
Well, I tried and I tried, to keep him satisfied
            [C]   [E7]      [Am]
But he just wouldn't stay,
        [D]                     [D7]                                    [G7]
And now that s/he is le-e-eavin', This is all I got to say.
