well, they should be held to the same standards of courtesy and mutual respect for other buskers as anyone else. Some do some don't. It of course is not only Andean buskers who can be problematic for others. My "most obnoxious busker" was the guy who had or made a full-fledged "crank organ" and even had the monkey with the cup...seen a few years back in Ottawa and Toronto. He'd set up right near ya and drown ya out...and was a handle-cranker not a musician. (He's stop in the middle of a tune to take a donation.) w-o
