There's a Folkmusic place where they have annual festivals and stuff on the BlueRidge Parkway just about where it passes over I-40 in NC; anyone know anything about this place? The one time I tried to check it out, they were closed for the season, but it sounded like they have some pretty good performances there.... And then, there is Spindale...
