No, it's "ma" but in some versions/brands/dialects (your pick!) of French /a/ is pronounced more backwards above all before a nasal consonant as can be heard in the recording. "Mon" instead of "ma" can only be used when the noun begins with a vowel (sound, not letter) ex: mon armoire, ton expérience, son ombre, mon heure etc. Now... in Louisiana Creole "my" is "mô" but the song isn't in Creole from the little I can grab.
