I use the Red Label beans. Once I've opened the bag I put the beans in an airtight tin in the fridge. Some people recommend keeping them in the freezer. I reckon that such stringency is at least as vital for ready-ground coffee. I have a redundant grinder (not the far superior burr type, unfortunately). You can have it for free (p&p £199.99) but it's really more suitable for crushed nuts... |
