Ok, yeah, 2020 sucked, and is still sucking. But: I made my first whole goose, my first Yule būche, my first vat of bone broth soup. I am living for the first time without roommates, pets, or relatives, and liking it. What is a first for you? I am thinking accomplishments... Enough firsts have been thrown at us (widowhood, hospital stays, Zoom mustaches) but what did you *do* -on purpose, because you could- for the first time? Especially things you always wanted to? I wanted to do the cooking stuff. I did not *think* that I wanted to live alone, but I consider my enjoyment of it to be the accomplishment!
