In our Maryland suburb of Wash DC, we got several inches of snow. I had put a tarp over the car, and I'm glad I did, as the snow turned to 'freezing mix' for awhile and made the next couple of days nasty. I had done the shopping, so didn't need to go out... but the tarp kept the icy mess from clogging the wipers and kept me from tedious scraping. It's been just above freezing for 3-4 days, and gradually the stuff is melting. I slid the remaining ice off the tarp and uncovered the car yesterday as I do have to go out Monday and/or Tuesday. No new snow expected right away....
