When did "woman" become "a profane expression", the use of which "betrays a person's low breeding"?

Since the word is in no way offensive, and the adjective attached to it was perfectly appropriate in face of Theresa May's loudmouthed panto performance - look at the video - there would have been no reason for Jeremy saying he didnít mutter it if he didn't. As I point out, words muttered are far less easy to unambiguously interpret than if he had been speaking out, or shouting in the same way as Theresa May had been doing.

This is a phoney diversion, transparently so.
