MMRV vaccine for measles, mumps, rubella, varicella since 2005. Provides fairly long-term protection. Stimulates the active immune response. Flu vaccines are different every year and provide protection against the current crop of viruses. These vaccines provide "significant protection," hence not totally effective. They will not protect against flu strains not included in the mix. Some of the Ebola vaccines being developed will include protection against some other viruses. 2016?
