There seem to be differences in the editions. But I plead guilty to leaving out the do, do, do, because the version at pdmusic left it out. I assumed that they had taken the lyrics from the original sheet music. Jim Dixon quotes the lyrics from the Seven O' Hearts version of 1922.

Following my link (24 Mar 04, 10:06pm) to music as sung by Bessie Smith, following her lyrics is a link to full sheet music (1922-1960 MCA):

Verse 1, of music dated 1922---1960

If I go to church on Sunday
Then just shimmy down on Monday

Verse 3

I'd rather my man would hit me
Then to jump right up and quit me
Tain't nobody's biz-ness if I do
I swear I won't call no copper
If I'm beat up by my papa
Tain't nobody's biz-ness if I do.

There may be different sheet music versions in the MCA 1922-1960 printings, and these differ from the lyrics of the sheet music for "Seven O' Hearts" as given above by Jim Dixon.
