Hello, Nutty. Checking back to read of your progress. Besides improved overall health, your skin and eyes will look much brighter. Give it a couple of months and people will remark that you "look different somehow, don't know what it is but ..." With my newly reclaimed tastebuds I found water so refreshing. That was one of my replacements. I won't discuss the chocolate chip cookies. Continued success. YOU WILL WIN. Rowana
