Joybell Origins: I saw Miss Rosa Dancing (7) Origins: I saw Miss Rosa Dancing 08 Aug 12

I have a short list of song titles that I've not been able to find anywhere except on one songster that I can't afford to have copied. I've been studying a 19th century performer for over 10 years and I've located most of the songs he sang.
The three songs have quite distint titles.

"I Saw Miss Rosa Dancing"
"Mary Deare"
and "Ginger Dine".

They come from the 1840s. They might appear among the songs of other minstrels. My man performed in Australia after leaving London in 1852 but these songs were not sung here, as far as I can tell. They were sung in London and possibly in America during that very early period of minstrelsy/music-hall. I've looked everywhere I can think of.
Can anyone help please?
Cheers, Joy
