ClaireBear Declutter & Accountability - January 2012 (215* d) RE: Declutter & Accountability - January 2012 19 Jan 12

Just checking in:

No progress on rebuilding the house, but I'm steeling myself to call contractors. One problem, I think, is that I don't really want to move back there -- I want to move ON. I should have seen that coming, I suppose.

My wuzband is not dealing with the fire insurance company at all well. I suppose I'll have to take that on, along with the more-than-full-time job and taking care of our child. My wuzband is retired and could so easily deal with this issue -- also he's much more confrontational than I am, which is a good thing when dealing with insurance -- but will he? No, he just says it looks like they're not going to give us anything for the contents of our house. Yeah, right.

But there's good news: Sometime in the last few weeks my weight got down to (I think) lower than it's been since my son was born in 2000. I'd still like to lose another 40 pounds and get back to what I weighed at about age 30, but I feel so much better for the 35 pounds that are gone so far! Hurray for the happiness diet.

Now if only I had time to take walks, which would I think improve my circulation, muscle tone, and blood pressure. Maybe I should institute a daily constitutional with the boychild -- only trouble is, I don't get home til after dark, and There Be Cougars. Hmmmm.
