mike putt What would you tell a reporter about Mudcat (54* d) RE: What would you tell a reporter about Mudcat 13 Oct 00

I literally stumbled on to The Mudcat about 12 or 14 months ago whilst searching for a song and decided to test it by looking for an old song that my Father-in-law used to sing " The old leather britch's" Lo and behold it was no problem, I had the song the next day. I used the handle Sajumikey in the beginning as I was'nt sure wether the site was full of fruitcakes etc. I now use my own name, check the mudcat before my mail, and if any mudcatter's are in the limerick Ireland area and would like to get together and jam, swop songs or just have the craic mail me on mikeputt@iol.ie or mike_putt@dell.com Its an incredible site and I am gradually turning more and more of my friends and workmates onto it. Thanks to everyone
