Just finished reading this book & I found it fascinating. Well written & seems to me well researched. The author attempts to trace the history of the song, "House of the Rising Sun" & I thoroughly enjoyed it. Have other catter's read it? Any opinions? After reading it I am now in the process of downloading a score of different versions of the song. Maybe re-introduce it into our repertoire.
