Who wrote the song which includes this chorus?

He is my Rock and my Deliverer.

He is my Strength, my God and my King.

He is my Shelter in times of trouble

Yes, I look to Him for everything.

   He'll be a Mother, a Father, a Friend,

And on Him I can always depend,

For I know whatever I need, that's just what He is.

It was recorded by the southern gospel group, McKamey's as "That's Just What He Is" and included on two of their CD's, Gone To Meetin and Keepsake, but their website doesn't mention the songwriter. I heard it sung live at a Baptist Church in the Brookhaven section of Atlanta last Sunday. An alternate title is "Whatever I Need."I read online that the McKamey's recorded this in the 1980's.

Thanks for any help in finding the songwriter and publisher!
