heheehehee If that were the case, the Bronx and parts of Brooklyn should be pushed 4 hours ahead (at least)!! (just kidding, fellow New Yorkers...) I just saw this thing on TV--there is one guy whose job it is to run around the City, maintaining all the clocks on public buildings. Just one guy. Amazing. I suppose he's very busy today.
