Lesley N. Graphics for Irish Music (27) RE: Graphics for Irish Music 25 Jan 00

I don't know if this is anything like what you could use, but when I was thinking about redesigning my site I found tons of celtic stuff at Celtic Web Art (http://hometown.aol.com/Cyrion7/celtic/index.htm). It has a lot of links too. It's celtic rather than music, but that might be o.k. for some background or bullets - and for the web site eventually.

For my graphics I used the covers of the Lester Levy collection. It's all public domain (except the harp) and you'd be welcome to use it. I don't recall seeing anything else there that would be appropriate - but you can browse there by cover so you might want to take a look (if you have a fast connection, that is!)

And thanks, Helen, for the plug and suggestion! A few people took the graphic of a harper I used to have. I took it off my site because it was from an Ossian publication - and I still feel guilty every time I see it around! On the other hand, it's the one time I'm sort of glad I'm not credited!
