" Depleted uranium/nuclear waste" I think he is refering to A10 ammunition. I don't understand why he is pointing this out. Are you trying to say it's a radiological device? Need some more input here. Electromagnetic? What is this? Electromagnetic rail guns? Or ???? I know there have been experiments with developing non-lethal wave guns but I don't know what you are refering to here.
