Your suggestion that blind people need help in turning on their radios or tuning in stations is rather insulting.

I know any number of blind people. All of them have skills that go way beyond turning on the radio. One of them, Doc Watson, is one of the most brilliant musical artists of the past 50 years.

Another is Steven Ridgewood, a brilliant sound engineer who has no trouble operating 128-track recording consoles.
